Aerialist
Aerialist began as a two-piece drums, synths, and vocals powerhouse. After releasing two
CDs on Virginia labels, drummer Steve departed for Chicago, leaving Lary to re-tool the
band as a one-piece. Bringing in live drums, vibraphone, and samplers, he recorded this
song and a further EP, and put on white hot live shows with the stripped-down, one-man
line up. The demands of fatherhood and now of owning a business (the legendary Galaxy
Hut in Arlington, VA) have meant that Aerialist appearances have been less and less frequent.
As of 2008, Aerialist has been playing shows with a new line-up.
