Exaspirin
Exaspirin featured
Kevin, Wells, and Matt, later of Early Humans, and Hugh,
later of No-Gos, Black Eyes, and others. The band played
aggressive, angular,
math-y rock music. They recorded their sole release in the
winter of 1999 before
shows with El Guapo, Shale, Stinking Lizaveta, and Meatjack and a US
tour. The
band dissolved over the summer with one member in Russia. Hugh began
playing
in No-Gos and the other three formed Early Humans. Other
recordings, from
Cleveland's Invisible City, exist but remain unreleased.
